The Tecson Flowers Guarantee
At Tecson Flowers we are committed to exceptional service and products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your gift or its delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our florists uses only the freshest flowers available for their hand-made bouquets to ensure that you can send flowers with confidence.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Tecson Flowers is unable to cancel or change orders already booked in process, en route or delivered. Online orders are processed immediately, and cannot be changed. If you are calling about an order that is scheduled to be delivered today, immediately contact the office. During high seasons like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, there is a strict no cancellation policy of orders due to the limited slots that are being offered.


Problems With an Order
At Tecson Flowers, we make every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please let us know.

Delivery Policy
Every Tecson Flowers gift bouquet and any other flower arrangements are personally hand-delivered by an industry professional, and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most of our products are delivered within the scheduled day of delivery. Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, call centers or other 24/7 establishments. To request a specific delivery time, please contact us so we can try to accommodate your request. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

During high seasons such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we do not offer time specific deliveries. Our delivery time is 7am-9pm Residential Places and 8-6pm for office and businesses. 

We reserve the right to deny any deliveries that has incomplete details.

When the recipient is unable to receive the delivery within the time frame or if they are not available, the flower will be sent back to the head office and we will contact you. We are only able to reschedule another delivery once, to the same address and will be queued for the next available delivery date. We also offer the option for you to pick up the flowers in one of our flower shops.

Delivery to Hospitals, Private Subdivisions and Condominiums
The florists in our Tecson Flowers network are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. Tecson Flowers will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.

Recipient Unavailable
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. Our delivery personnel will wait for the recipient for 10 minutes before leaving the delivery address. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home or is unable to collect their gift bouquet when the neighborhood florist attempts a delivery, we will either:

  • Call the recipient or the sender to schedule an appropriate delivery time
  • We are only able to reschedule another delivery once to the same address and will be queued for the next available delivery date.
  • We also offer the option for you to pick up the flowers in one of our flower shops. 
  • We will only allow 1 (one) delivery attempt. If unsuccessful, the flowers will be sent back to the head office for pick up. An additional cost will be charged for re-delivery. 

Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Order-Related E-mails
Shortly after you place an order, you'll receive an Order Confirmation e-mail. Please put this in a safe place, as it will include all the details of your order, including an order number, in the event you need to contact us.
